We are a team of clinicians and designers. We started Feel Good as a response to long waiting lists for mental health support as well as the lack of group therapy options available. We do this online as it's accessible to many. At our core we believe in building up resilience to stress and anxiety in supportive environments that are also inexpensive and convenient.
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a method of talking therapy that aims to improve your mental health by changing the way you think and behave. It is proven to be effective in combating anxiety and depression and at Feel Good we believe that using these methods, in a group therapy setting, will help you realise that you are not alone.
